Sophia provided a fantastic service for us when arranging my mothers will and LPA applications. She is very personable and was able to clearly and confidently answer any questions that we had. My mother is of limited mobility and Sophia was extremely flexible and accommodating in her contact with us and kindly arranged home visits as well as regular communication via email and phone. Her approach was compassionate, understanding and professional at all times. I have already recommended The Wills Woman service to friends and family and cannot be happier with our experience. We met with Sophia to prepare our new Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney. The service we received was first class and she made us feel very comfortable whilst discussing such a difficult matter. The follow-up once the Wills were drafted was superb. Karen, who works alongside Sophia, was really helpful and I feel we received great service. They really went over and above what we had expected.
