I recently sold a property in London with the assistance of this company and found their service to be excellent in every respect. My solicitor was Mr. Dan Fielding-Smith and he clearly explained each step in detail as well as providing expert assistance. Correspondence and communications were prompt and precise. The sale was concluded within the estimated timeframe and transfer of funds was attended to within 24 hours of completion. Very satisfactory indeed. I found the fees to be surprisingly reasonable especially in view of their comprehensive support and I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this company.
