100% STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY 100% They are scammers. I wanted to know how to claim uniform tax for laundering a company uniform. When I used their site they had me fill in a form with all my personal details including my national insurance number (that was my first mistake), when I got the amount it was pathetic so I never bothered to apply for it. Now I found out that filling in the form constituted to a contract for T R Forensic accountants to run my tax account. They applied for an income tax rebate without my consent, applied for marriage allowance without my knowledge and my wife ended up owing £1000, they tried to claim for 2 years before we were even married. I reported them to HMRC and Action Fraud but they do nothing so we all lose money to internet scammers and the government condones it we are out of pocket by £1300

I got my Cheque in the mail, kept getting voicemails and emails about my tax rebate and I finally got a chance and responded and a day later I got my Cheque in the mail, that was quick, would definitely recommend

Dreadful customer service from this company. Been told my cheque as been sent to these and have used once before and they take 37.5 of your actual refund. Complete joke 😤😤 Just received another letter from hm revenue saying I'm owed another refund and they have sent it to this company again. Just spoken to a woman on the phone to be told they take 37.5% of your refund and apparently 20% is for VAT and they only take 17.5%...... ONLY??? Absolutely shocking. After reading these reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one to have received this same shocking service. From a company who claim to pride themselves in great customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Would of given 0 stars but that's not a option.

Still waiting for my refund phoned three times, emailed a number of times. Keep promising me it will be paid in a couple days and it's never there. They have taken so much commission for what? When I'm.doing all the chasing for my money. Absolutely joke. Avoid this company day light robbery. Thieves.

Absolutely disgusting customer service I've just been hung up on and she just didn't listen at all. I've been waiting ages for my rebate, sent emails but they've been ignored, left voice mails they've been ignored. Spoke to someone got hung up on Absolutely disgusting. I will be finding out where I can put a complaint in hopefully someone will listen to my concerns. I just want my rebate then to cancel my involvement with you. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
