For some time my wife and I had considered updating our wills, and sorting out Powers of Attorney. Initial research by ourselves using solicitors, or attempting an on line approach, threw up either massive costs going down the solicitor route, or a mine field of online paper trails attempting it ourselves. Then, thanks to information passed on by friends and colleagues, we heard of TRF Wills. We telephoned Michael Cotterill and explained our plans, and immediately Michael put our minds at rest regarding both the legal side of wills but also the financial side. After a very involved and interesting meeting with Michael, in which he teased out exactly what we had in mind regarding our will, and who were to be our Power of Attorney, he came back with a firm plan of action. After a further meeting some time later, we were presented with that plan of action. The result? Complete satisfaction with the way we were both treated, but by the low cost, which took us by surprise. Michael sets out beforehand, exactly what those costs were to be, in great detail, and so there are no sudden financial shocks. We thoroughly and whole heartedly recommend TRF wills.

Filled with trepidation and having visited previous legal bodies and feeling this was just something we had to do we came across TRF Wills , Contacted Michael , straight away felt at ease and decided to progress with an LPA, with the choice of visiting his professional home or him coming to our house. My wife and I were put at ease and helped through every stage (nothing too much trouble) This extended to regular follow up home calls , and excepting (probably stupid questions) whilst going through. From the first time we spoke to Michael we liked his polite and very helpful manner. He went through all the paperwork etc with us, step by step, and made sure we knew exactly what was going to happen, when and where.
