My partner and I have, over many years, both separately and jointly used TWM to sell, purchase and, most recently, jointly buy a property. The TWM conveyancing team, led by the super efficient Samantha Yearwood, have always been our go to experts. Sam and her colleagues have always been extremely responsive, provided first class advice and left us in no doubt that our best interests were being served. In addition to Sam we'd also call out Rosie Dinsdale and Seana Murray as stars within the team.

TWM made the process of receiving funds from a divorce settlement as easy as possible. They answered emails and phone calls right away (having talked to 3 other firms who then ghosted me leading up to the court appointed deadline), took all stress out of the process, did what they said they were going to do at every step (again, unlike 3 other firms) – and they were by far the most competitive quote. Cheapest and best – I will instruct them again when I buy a property and I enthusiastically recommend TWM Solictors, 100%.

I have recently used TWM Solicitors for the conveyancing of my late father's property. I can safely say I don't think I'll ever use another solicitor for conveyancing! They were fantastic, and I've done a few property transactions where the solicitor was hopeless. It was a time consuming sale due to waiting for grant of probate, but communication was great throughout. They were proactive in getting documents prepared given that neither my sister nor I live locally (opposite ends of the country actually, and neither of us near Wimbledon) and the transaction went ahead with very little disruption. A personal thank you to Aasima, Seana and team, you really went the extra mile. Well done TWM!
