I used Tyler Law to sell my house and to buy my new one. I hadn’t been involved in the process for over twenty years so needed lots of help and guidance. I was aware that they worked closely with my estate agents and so decided that would be my best chance of a smooth transaction. Jo, Donna and Annalise were all very friendly, they never made me feel like any of my questions were silly. I really liked the updates in the app, if I forgot where we were in the process I could see what progress we had made and see what was ahead. Also the emails and phone calls were excellent and very helpful. I never had to ask twice and communication was very good. At every stage after I’d spoken to one of the them I felt better, even when the news was bad! We hit some problems with other people in the chain that delayed things, but they were calm and confident and reassured me that we’d get there eventually. I found that they they reduced my stress levels when things were fraught. I’d recommend Tyler Law to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again myself.

Donna and Annalise have been so helpful from start to finish for the sale of our late uncle's property. They were particularly helpful after we suffered a false start with another firm of solicitors elsewhere in Essex. Everything was handled with professionalism, queries answered speedily. We used Tyler Law to sell my late mother's bungalow in Canvey. We wanted a solicitor that worked with local estate agents and could do the paperwork remotely as we are not local ourselves. I was able to get an online quote very easily and it was competive with other solicitors. From the initial contact right to the end, Annalise and Donna were very friendly, approachable and efficient. They always responded to emails within 24 hours, often much quicker. All the ID checks and documents were handled via an online portal, we only had to sign the official contract and get it posted, I never actually attended the office once! The transaction was the smoothest and quickest we have ever done, although to be honest that was also due to having a simple chain with no complications, but Donna played her part with very swift turnaround when dealing with my buyers solicitors. The final invoice was within a few pounds of the first estimate which is also reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
