I travelled several hours from North Wales to attend a scheduled in-person interview, only to be informed on arrival that the interview had been cancelled with no prior notice. I appreciate that unexpected issues can arise, but the lack of communication was disappointing given the time and expense involved. This could have been handled far more professionally.

Absolutely Appalling Service – Avoid at All Costs My experience with Vanstone Law was a nightmare. They handled the sale of my property and not only massively overcharged me, but also showed a complete lack of professionalism and communication throughout the entire process. Calls and emails were consistently ignored, it was always very hard to speak to someone and I felt like I was never being kept informed. I was only notified of the sale almost a month after the completion date and during that time, they were still holding onto my funds with no explanation. They also decided to add a £500 "admin fee" which was added to the completion statement. This firm is disorganised, unresponsive, incredibly expensive and clearly not concerned with client care. I would never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone.

Excellent solicitors, they provide a great service, very professional. They helped us with our particularly difficult immigration case, which we won thanks to Mazhar and his team due to all their hard work. Definitely one of the best in Bury.

I have given them my immigration case Mr Mazher has been supervising the case and updating me during all stages of case. he is honest and expert in immigration cases. Excellent service. Highly recommended and very helpful in all aspects of law matters. shahzad from Birmingham :o)

I have had a couple of dealings with this practice, in particular with their trainee solicitor, Anisa. She has answered all queries promptly, followed them up and brought them to a conclusion. She has been excellent and is clearly a huge asset to the firm.
