I recently called Vantage Telephone Tax Advice Line and spoke to Gavin, who provided exceptional support. Gavin was extremely knowledgeable, and professional throughout the call. I had a query regarding the non-resident tax rules under exceptional circumstances. He took the time to clearly explain how the rules apply and provided guidance to HMRC manual. What really stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile. Customer service like this makes a huge difference. Gavin was courteous, calm, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. We signed up to Vantage this year....we should've done it sooner! Extremely reasonable prices for our clients' protection. We’ve been using their VAT and Tax specialists – they’re a godsend – really knowledgeable, straight talking, patient and professional. We’re so happy with Vantage – we won’t be changing for the foreseeable future that’s for sure!

We decided to switch fee protection insurance to Vantage after being with our existing provider for a number of years. We liked the concept of being able to send out invitations via email to our clients as this was both much quicker and digital invitations are also respectful of our environment. Vantage were also able to set it up in such a way that our clients could see the email address used was my personal work email address. We have had a reasonable response to the invitations so are happy with that although it would have been good to have had more clients signing up. I should personally like to thank Penny with whom we had the initial discussions. Everything was explained fully and the whole process ran smoothly. My thanks also go to Layla who took care of all the marketing and kept me informed at every step of the mailout. I would be happy to recommend Vantage to anyone looking to take up fee protection insurance. They handled everything in a very professional and efficient way.
