I approached this company as a potential new client and following a short telephone call, was asked to email supporting documentation with a promise of a call back. No acknowledgement of receipt of personal and confidential documents and no call back. Over the following days I tried repeatedly to contact Nicola Hayes and left several messages with her colleagues. A week later, still no reply or call back. I wonder how many new clients this person has cost her employers. I will not be using Vincents Solicitors.

Fine initially, but once the initial payment was made, most things are just too much trouble for them to do. Poor customer relationship and little to no feedback. Will be taking my custom to a better solicitor unless they can act more professionally in the next few weeks.

We dealt with Amy who was approachable, easy to deal with and we felt like we were in very good hands. Most of the time she had to struggle with lockdown restrictions but kept things moving and always communicated progress. We are very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use Vicents again.

Great customer service with regards to writing our wills, very professional and very quick . We were looked after by Lisa Lodge, from our initial enquiry right through to completion . Everything was discussed over the phone, Lisa made us feel completely at ease as she talked us through the process and gave us a clear understanding of what was to be done . Amy's expert advice regarding Probate was essential and made every aspect easier. An asset to her firm, conscientious, courteous and patient. As a client I was definitley a top priority. Amy was also very helpful with recommending the right people for other legal services.
