my review is only for the receptionist. She was so helpful and polite. I needed information about probate and intestacy laws regarding my late father before acting. She was clear she was not a lawyer but all the same she was so supportive, she was kind and friendly and comforting and even offered to check something out going the extra mile always explaining she was not qualified etc in order to help me gage the first steps to know if i need a lawyer. She even rang me back as promised. such a delightful tone. she couldn't have done more. If this is a reflection of the company with regards to first contact then it would convince me to use them if needed. a very delicate matter too. Thank you so kindly Tracy. was much appreciated. Staff like you these days are like gold dust when it comes to customer support and service.

Wilkins Solicitors have been dealing with the Probate in respect of my late mothers estate. Both Paula & Charlie have kept us informed at every stage so far. Whilst also explaining each stage of the process to us. We would not hesitate in engaging their services in the future

I have been very impressed with the service from Wilkins Solicitors and am particularly grateful for the professionalism and efficiency of Paula and Charlie. I also had a positive experience of their locum Lesley. Using a solicitor for probate is always hard but Wilkins have been supportive throughout a confusing and emotional time.
