I deliberately chose a local family firm and was very pleased with the service provided . I was updating my will and putting LPAs in place. At each stage Samantha guided me through the process very knowledgeably and professionally. Very easy to understand and paperwork brilliantly and quickly produced. Treated as an individual and understood what I required .Thoroughly recommended!

I was recommended to Southeast Legacies by a good friend to draft and write my Mum’s will. I found the whole team at Southeast Legacies to be friendly, very helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate my elderly Mum. Samantha kindly met with my Mum at my Mum’s home to gather all the information needed to draft her Will. Samantha phoned me from my Mum’s so we could have a three way call to help with any questions. Once the Will was finalised Samantha returned to my Mum’s with two members of the team to witness the signing. The whole process was seamless and I am so grateful to Samantha for her kindness and the time taken with my Mum. I can thoroughly recommend Southeast Legacies and my partner and I will happily contact them in the future to update our Wills.

This has been the second time that I have had to use Southeast Legacies, the 1st was my father in laws Probate and now my husbands Probate. In between those my husband made his Will with them too. The whole team are excellent, caring, very professional and nothing is too much trouble. They make you feel welcome and relaxed from start to finish, with what can be a very upsetting and distressing time. A huge thank you to Anthony and his team of amazing staff. I really can't praise or recommend you all highly enough! I live miles away in South Yorkshire but I am definitely calling on them once again to do my Will writing. Finally I would like to say to anyone looking for any of Southeast Legacies services, Probate, Will writing or Power of Attorney, to not keep looking elsewhere because I can honestly say that you won't find one as good as these are!

Southeast Legacies was a life saver for our family following the passing of our father. They dealt with everything promptly, with dignity and respect, especially as it was quite a complicated estate to deal with. I know it costs money but it was, in our opinion, a fair price to pay and possibly would have cost us more had we tried to do it all ourselves, especially if we had got things wrong. They were transparent at all times and kept us well informed throughout the process. In fact, communication was excellent. Special shout-out to Anthony and Kelsey who managed our case and were professional and caring.
