Contacted Malcolm after reading 5* reviews on Google. We wanted more up to date information and to renew our old will. Malcolm did a home visit and gave us great advice on everything we needed to know and everything we didn’t even know we needed to know. He made sure we understood the different options available and what was best for us personally.. He left us with all the information to think on things with no pressure. We then had a follow up appointment at home, once we were happy we went ahead with our choice of will and added power of attorney’s. So pleased it is now all completed, we now have peace of mind and reassurance that everything is sorted. Don’t hesitate to call Malcom a genuine lovely guy with great knowledge & advice with reasonable costs.

First time using WEP Legal and the experience was excellent. The service provide by Malcolm was quick, efficient, thoroughly explained and professionally carried out. Malcolm is personable and approachable and extremely knowledgeable about the fields in which he operates. Legal support generally is not cheap, but if you look at it from the point of view of value for money and time saved WEP Legal rank amongst the best that I have ever had dealings with. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

Excellent advice and service. Malcolm helped me with the probate process after losing my Dad. I can’t thank him enough. He was so knowledgeable and gave so much advice on other matters for further down the line. I will definitely be contacting him again in the future for other things. Thankyou again.

We initially took advice from Malcolm back in 2016 when my dad became ill and under his guidance we took out a family trust to protect my parents assets. Not being something we were familiar at the time nor something we had thought of, Malcolm took the time to sit with us and explain the benefits of a trust and the process we should follow. Fast forward to 2025 where we now find ourselves in a situation whereby we need to ensure my mums assets are still protected, Malcolm once again has been invaluable with his support and assistance in following up with the new trustees . Painless experience where all options are covered and the best made out of what can be an uncomfortable process. Great communication and guidance to cover what's best for out family. Would heartily recommend Malcolm to help you plan for what is inevitable.
