I am extremely happy with the services received from Workwell so far. Every person I spoke to was professional, helpful and dealt with my queries promptly. I really appreciate the fact I get text message a day before the payday to reconfirm all details of work/rate is correct and payslip is clear to understand. Adam has been lovely throughout and so helpful with the process, even when I phoned back a few days later as an issue with uploading, he was more than happy to help and went over and above to make sure all was in order

Steve answered my call today (Thursday 9th October 2025) 12:00, just before lunch time. He was patient with several of my questions, and he explained to me clearly few differences about CIS, PAYE, Umbrella or limited... I am very pleased with the professionalism & politeness I was given by Workwell Payroll Company today 😀
