My experience with ZMS Solicitors is a not good one unfortunately. I was arrested in 2017 for GBH. They were there as an on duty solicitor at the police station. I made a mistake to allow them to represent me further. After seeing 5 different representatives from this company saying don't worry it will be thrown out of court, no trial, suspended sentence etc. Finally one year later on the trial day the last representative told me to plead guilty because if I don't do I would get 9 to 12 years in prison and mainly pressured me to say guilty. Which I did under the surcumstances. I was giving 4 and a half year sentence after that. When I realised I made a mistake for pleading guilty I appeal my conviction and sentence to the appeal court. Because I was attacked and had a head injury by the attacker who I supposed to injure after that. Appeal court accepted my grounds of appeal but ZMS Solicitors told the appeal court that they were not aware of my head injury before the offence. So my appeal was turned down because of them. All they were interested cash on my legal aid. Complete incompetent solicitors. Please find other alternative to this unprofessionals that they don't know what they are doing. I was attacked, called police yet still ended up getting 4 and half years prison sentence for their incompetence. Please stay away from this heartless firm. All they want is your signature.

I had the greatest pleasure to meet Imogen Cox to represent me for a driving offence where the out come would be 12 points in total after a hardship trial if i got this far or lose my licence. The case went on for over a year due to adjournments from the courts. In the whole process Imogen has kept in touch with me and worked hard to get the best ending required as I need my licence for work more than my personal life. I was pleased to say last Friday Imogen had the case dismissed with no further action as the prosecution wanted to adjourn the case again. I can't thank Imogen enough and I certainly have kept the details should I ever need help and support in the future. Thank you Phil

They've been brilliant. I changed over to ZMS cause my original solicitor was a nightmare & could never get hold of anyone. These have been really good, had quick responses with Jo Lang as my point of contact and my Barrister Ms Bakshi worked her magic & got what started as a recommendation of 8 years down to a suspended sentence! 100% would always use these in future.

David was our Solicitor and he was exceptional. He cares about his clients, he explained everything you need to know so you feel safe, supported and empowered. His advice and attentiveness brought a positive outcome for our situation and I would highly recommend him and ZMS as they to were very supportive.
