My name is Dr Asif Ghauri I have been using Addison Khan solicitors for number of years now. I have used there services extensively both for professional and personal reasons. This has ranged from employment law, property matters and unfortunately my own recent divorce. There does not seem to be any legal area where they do provide a plethora of skill or expertise. Most of my dealings have with been with one of the senior partners Mr Moshiur Mian, whom I most definitely highly recommend in all instances. He is someone who instantly makes you feel at ease even under the most difficult of circumstances. He possesses a quiet calming confidence about him but all the while being a most fearsome advocate and counsel who exudes experience, intelligence and analytical thinking. He has never backed down or capitulated even when the odds were against us particularly during the divorce. His advice is always tempered and always acts in your genuine interest and for your best outcome, not for the sake of his own expediancy, which indeed is rare nowadays compred to many others. I visited several solicitors before instructing Mr Mian, and this was not unsurprisingly through personal recommendation from one of my close friends. Nothing is too much trouble for this law firm they go out of there way to help in anyway they can and are always available. We had a very bad experience with them, All they want is take the money, until they take the money they say one thing showing hopes and positive aspects, and as soon as they take money from us their way of saying things changed with lots of disappointments, making us more anxious and almost showing no hope in our situation . We came here for help hoping for some brightness in our difficult times but they made it more darkness for us. Not only that, we paid straight forward full amount on the same day as requested in the mid day around 12:30 but we had decided to cancel the application with them on the same afternoon around 4 and luckily we hadn’t signed the documents as well because of their own delay, they were still refusing to provide the refund , there was no response from them even though I sent text, email and call. So we decided to go straightforward to the office to get our money back the next day. I’m sure they weren’t very happy seeing us there, but still they cut off almost half of the amount saying that they had already opened the case and do some work for us which is impossible as they still hadn’t sent the documents to sign yet till next morning. We tried to request not to cut off big chunks of money as we were straightforward and decided to cancel on same day but once you come here it was our fault to pay money straightforward, as they persuaded us to do it first showing hopes but later all things changed after taking money showing almost no hopes at all. So be careful when you go there , try not to pay money straightforward, search and try to look for others options elsewhere, they don’t help you from their heart, communication part is difficult as well with them.

Salam Gul Nawaz sir hope you are doing well gull nawaz sir and all team is a very good solicitor i appreciate it all staff I had a very bad experience in my life . Sir and all team supported me a lot. I applied for Domestic violence application and Masha Allah, I got indefinite leave to remain in six months. thank you so much All staff specially miss bushra is good team member i appreciate it and thanks alot all team . And I have had a great experience with gul nawaz and sir guided me very well and I got my work done in the time frame that the sir had told me. and advise everyone that if there is any visa issue of the family, then definitely go to him. I’m deeply concerned about the diabolical level of service I received from Addison Khan. Communication was incredibly difficult, there was a lack of professionalism throughout, and not once did I receive a follow-up call. It felt like there was no real intention to help or support. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere—go with someone who actually wants to assist and delivers on even the most basic standards of care.
