All they want is money. They charged me £600 for no reason. I asked them to apply a British passport for my son. My son is in Yemen, before, he was in Jordan. Whilst he was in Jordan they asked me to do DNA test to prove he was my son. I did the DNA test and the results came. Then I asked them if they have started the application. They asked me to send them some documents, which I already had sent before the DNA test. I have told them when my son was going back to Yemen. It was very clear because they knew that my son lives in Yemen, not Jordan as I have told them from the beginning. When he went back to Yemen, they asked me to get him back to Jordan, to start the application even though they knew he went back to Yemen. How can I send my under-aged son back to Jordan when he just came back? Why did they not start the application whilst he was already in Jordan? They knew he was in Jordan. Why did they not tell me that my son should still stay for them to start the application whilst he was there? Because I was unable to do so, I asked them to close the case. I asked them if I could get a refund. Instead, they said I have an outstanding balance. They did nothing for me, only book me a DNA test, and the passport application was empty. They sent nothing to the Home office and they did not even start the case, application form, nothing. They just wasted my time and my money.
