AEP have prepared wills and LPA documents for me and a number of members of may family. I have found them to be consistently flexible, helpful and professional. When my dad had dementia I was able to use the LPA documents prepared by AEP to take control of his affairs when I needed to. Similarly when he died there were no issues with the will - everything just went as smoothly as you could hope for. So, in short, very professional, no issues with the wills or LPA documents. I couldn't ask for more really.

In 2009 I paid £687 to have our wills and lasting power of attorney done by Alpha Estate Planners. I now need the lasting power of attorney as my husband has dementia. I saw my solicitor only to find that although an excellent job had been made of the wills and lasting power of attorney it had not be registered and was not worth the paper it was written on. I now have to act very quickly and will have to pay £710 to have it redone and registered. I rang and spoke to Alpha Estate Planners on 24/04/15 and he tried to blame me saying I had not asked for it to be registered. No sorry, no offer to put it right no money towards the cost of their mistake. I now find out that this kind of company are not regulated and hard luck the mug who put their trust and hard earned money into their expertise. I challenge AEP to do the right thing and help pay towards your mistake. I thought you were protecting our future and in my opinion you were negligent.
