When you choose a solicitor you are doing so by putting your trust into that company I entered those people to help you when you're most vulnerable need at the most. I put my trust into ARKrights Solicitors but the reality is that was a massive mistake. They have now wasted four weeks of my time my time is precious I am a homeless at the moment more or less because of housing issues so while I'm busy living in a tiny room with severe disabilities the people that I've chosen to help me get my life sorted i just completely ignoring me. Call after call going into their office emailing them promises of callbacks that never come it's just ridiculous. I'm so frustrated and I have nothing good to say about the firm. I put a complaint in but they've ignored that as well so the next stage is to go to the Solicitors Regulation Authority.. Absolutely insane absolutely ridiculous that it's got this far but that's where we are right now. Let's face it it takes a 30 seconds to email someone and they haven't even managed to do that they haven't decency to do even the most basic of things and there is their clients waiting around not knowing what's going on with their case.. Obviously I don't recommend the company so don't bother go somewhere else. Don't give your money especially hundreds of thousands of pounds to companies like this they don't care about you so move on go elsewhere.

Mark has been Absolutely amazing!! Always a call or an email away and always keeping me informed with any bit of information, went above and beyond to make sure we got the outcome that we needed I could never had gotten though this past year without the help from him, so grateful and highly recommend! Me and my daughter are now happy and comfortable in our new place thanks to mark at Arkright. Thank you so much

Ark rights were amazing. As a single parent being messed around by the housing department in the council, they went through all the emails with a fine tooth comb. They made me feel at ease with my situation. Very professional and would recommend them to everyone. Very friendly and professional made me feel but better about my circumstances.

Very good at what they do. Lucy is a very effective and talented individual. Very happy to be a client of yours, thank you very much.
