I have used Atkins Hope Solicitors on many occasions over the years and recently for my father's probate and for the sale and buying of our house. I would give Lili Jiang a 0 if I could. I had a truly awful experience with her as a solicitor. We are in the process of selling our property, and she initially asked for payment upfront before even starting the work. Then, she insisted that we needed a surveyor, even though the surveyor confirmed it wasn't necessary. Finally, she informed us that she could not take on the job. This whole process has been incredibly stressful for my family, and I’m honestly confused about how she even became a solicitor. I strongly advise against choosing her or this firm for your legal needs. I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. I was given misleading information, and I have email records that contradict what I was told. I would caution anyone considering their services to do thorough research before proceeding. If anyone needs further details, I’m happy to share my experience.

I found Atkins Hope Solicitors to be a highly professional law firm offering excellent levels of service. Their staff are wonderful friendly and very dedicated. I used both their matrimonial service and conveyancing service headed up by Juliet Adelman and Lili Jiang. Both teams were remarkable and impeccable. They both made me feel that no obstacle or problem would be too difficult for them, leaving me feeling confident that all would be okay.
