Absolutely outstanding service from BetterTax. They supported me through a very difficult situation with HMRC and made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel calm and manageable. Communication was excellent throughout — clear, honest and consistent — and I was always kept up to date. A special mention to Steve and Danni, who were both fantastic. Professional, patient, and genuinely caring, they went above and beyond to get everything resolved and put my mind at ease. Better Tax has been amazing! They helped me get my tax refund easily and without any complications. The whole process was smooth, from the initial sessions to the final payment. Their communication was clear and accurate throughout, and even during quiet moments they still kept me updated so I always knew my refund was being processed. Great service, great skills. I definitely recommend Better Tax!

I’ve been with Bettertax a good few years now and can honestly say that they are the best accountants I have used by far. They are a pleasure to deal with and every question I have is answered quickly and diligently, in a way that people who aren’t accountants can understand.
