I used TaxScout last year and I was pleased. This year, it became TaxFix, and I am less satisfied. No answers to my queries for almost a week (despite my multiple messages), while automatic messages of submitting the tax return since the deadline was approaching were pressuring me. I had to write to various support service email and the chat. At the end, they contacted my accountant and the issue was solved, but I suffered from stress. The price is great if it's your first time, a bit less if a returning (loyal) costumer. Think also about retaining your clients!
