I cannot thank Andrea at Blandy & Blandy enough for her incredible support over the last few months. Facing redundancy while on maternity leave was already daunting, but it quickly became even more challenging as I navigated the demands of an 8-week-old baby, childcare, and a difficult redundancy process. On top of that, my mum received a terminal diagnosis, making this a very hard period. Throughout it all, Andrea helped ease the stress, enabling me to deal with the pressure and deadlines imposed by the process and allowing me to focus on my family.
