First Class Service My family have used Blandy and Blandy for all legal related matters for years. They are trusted, professional and provide a first class service. Following the death of my Mother they assisted with Probate and subsequent conveyance of my Mum’s home. The conveyance process at the best of times is stressful enough let alone when you are grieving. The support through this process has been faultless, timely and so appreciated. I am especially grateful to Gabriella in the Wokingham office who I felt was on this rollercoaster with me. Seriously Gabriella I am so very grateful.

My partner and I were in the process of buying a house, and were recommended Karen Pratt from Blandy and Blandy as a conveyancer. We have been absolutely elated to have worked with Karen. Karen Pratt recently handled the sale of my late Dad’s house and I was absolutely delighted with the experience from start to finish. Karen was extremely professional and ensured the sale was completed very quickly. There were a few bumps along the way but were quickly smoothed over thanks to Karen’s tenacity and hard work. I recently instructed Pam Kamel at Blandy & Blandy on my flat purchase and was super impressed with her communication, updates and attention to detail on various documents. Katie Pitcher was also super helpful and responsive with questions and updates on the transaction through to completion. Would recommend!
