It was my first time liaising with Clarkslegal and whilst I was going through a lot of stress due to my circumstances they were really helpful and understanding, a special Thank You to Melanie P. for aiding me and having my best interest in mind and also assisting me to make sure everything was sorted as quick as possible. Should I require any future legal aid (hopefully nothing relating to the same situation 😅) I would definitely want her to oversee it.
