My former employer started using this firm just before I left. My NI number was used for another employee's NI number when my previous employer was transferring to use them and now I receive less take home pay as HMRC are still seeing information from them being out against my NI number. Still an ongoing problem 4 months after the mistake was made which is very disappointing. It has led to a lot of my time being wasted trying to sort out. A real lack of proactive problem solving.
