DBF are a great team & firm who helped me obtain what I wanted. They were detailed with their responses and made the jargon of law easy to understand. Sometimes I had to chase emails up- but it was during the summer (which of course is a busy time time regardless of A/L). However, the majority of my questions were answered within 24 or even 48 hours. Really happy with the value for money service and will be using again in the future. A close friend recommended DBF as a practice who could help out with a property I had with a ex partner going back to 2006. Sean Hackett - Property Partner hand held me through the complex case of historic financial restrictions and transfer of equity. It was a bumpy ride for me but I was in safe hands - Sean is a “white hot” solicitor who I shall be referring and recommending. He took on my case and reassured me time and time again not to worry. He seamlessly handed me over to Craig Marsden to finish the case with the transfer of equity and I completed a day earlier (today) I never thought this would ever happen.
