Shiva was absolutely outstanding, I cannot thank her enough. She was extremely personable, competent and efficient and her negotiation skills were second to none. When my world was falling apart, I felt in safe hands. She listened intently and asked pertaining questions to enable her to understood the situation and the complexities and went on to get a fabulous settlement when my employers were threatening to dismiss me with immediate effect and without even paying me my notice period. I cannot recommend her highly enough and will always be thankful for her interventions
