We have worked with Amie Tsang twice now, and on this occasion she handled both our sale and purchase. We cannot thank her enough for her professionalism, dedication, and for always protecting our interests throughout what was a very demanding and stressful process. Amie’s calm guidance, clear advice, and patience made a huge difference, and without her hard work this transaction simply would not have been possible — even our buyer commented on how impressed they were with her. A big thank you as well to her team, especially Katie and Agnes. Katie was, as always, polite, efficient, and reassuring, while Agnes was incredibly patient in answering my many questions and helping to ease the stress. I highly recommend the services of Davis Blank Furniss for work connected to probate, wills, and management of estates. I experienced wonderful care and consideration from Joanne Mercer. She has been very efficient, responsive and patient in explaining next steps. Bereavement is not an easy time, and it was so helpful to have Joanne to explain things and move the process along efficiently. She has coordinated a rather complex estate with confidence and expertise. Without her service it would have taken a lot longer to navigate the payment of tax etc. and I have been very reassured to have her assigned to my case.
