Excellent service. Tim came to our home and took instructions for two wills and four LPAs while my mother in law was in bed battling cancer. When she took a turn for the worse he expedited the process, coming to us for signatures with very little notice, ensuring that when she passed shortly after everything was in place and her wishes could be followed. Would definitely recommend.

A task I was putting off. At long last I found a person who was more than willing to sit with me and explain in a easy to understand manner all about wills and power of attorney and the process of completing these documents. Other companies who I did contact did not offer or provide a friendly response but treated me as a case number, not a person. Duncan fully explained every detail of making a will and power of attorney and every question was answered in a manner that was easy to understand and I never felt pressurised at all in allowing this company to take charge of completing all my legal documents to a very high, professional standard indeed. I have no issues at all in recommending Duncan Turner and his company to give you peace of mind and a fantastic legal service, which lets face it, most of us have put off until its sadly to late. Tim Turner came to my hse to help me write a Will. Yes he did a good job there, than he said I should also take Power of Attorney. I did not know much about it, so asked my husband and he said ok. So Tim said that would cost £600 and for my Will £175 first nd than reduced to £164 . So he asked me to pay a total of £764, with my card. on the 13th May 2024. When the registered copies arrived in September 2024, I was shocked, Power of Attorney was £82 for health another £82 for wealth. When I send a msg to him saying ,you have taken lots of money from me. His reply was, " I take it as a compliment" I have study 4 yrs in law firm and 27 yrs in Practice. Do I need to know that? Instead of giving me details about why he took so much money? If he would have charged me extra £100 or even £150 , I would say ok. But e took £436/off me. Now I know there is one thing missing in him? HONESTY. I spoke to a couple of my friends,one of my friend's father is a Solicitor. He advised me to speak out the truth and let people to know him
