An excellent team of the finest solicitors who handled my spouse UK sponsership with great care and detail. Previously this use to be Time Law solicitors - who were excellent and courteous team. When I called today which's few years later now, a very unprofessional call handler answered raising his voice - this put me off even though I would have used them for the legal service I needed assistance with. This call handler needs serious customer service training and to be told that CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. He threatened to report me to the Police, when in fact on the second call I called to query about a legal matter - I would not recommend them at all.
