I'd highly recommend ForrestBrown: they really made the whole R&D claim process exceptionally smooth and provided consistently excellent and valuable support throughout. I think what sets them apart for me is the breadth and depth of their expertise: this enabled them to understand our business and our technology challenges in detail very quickly, which in turn made the engagement process very efficient for our busy team. They have also clearly put a lot of effort and wisdom into making their documentation easy to digest, and are friendly and professional to work with whether face-to-face or remotely (which at the time of writing is becoming exceptionally important).
