Even though I live in London I’ve used GA for conveyancing a number of times (each time I have moved house) and have recommended to friends and family. (I was recommended GA by a friend about 20 years ago). Really responsive and professional. Tracey is a reducer of stress, rather than other conveyancers who seem to actively add to it!

We chose GA Solicitors as our firm of choice after our house sale fell through with a previous firm... what a breath of fresh air. Nothing seemed too much trouble, Tracey was incredibly attentive, and always kept us in the loop of developments, even when waiting for other parties. She chased other members of the chain when needed and always kept us apprised of any new developments, regardless of their opening hours. She worked closely with our estate agent, and that professional relationship helped speed the process along. We cannot thank them enough, Thankyou Tracey and the team at GA, outstanding!

I always use GA Solicitors , in particular Mrs Tracey Flack for all my conveyancing requirements. I have moved a number of times, and every single time it is a seamless transaction. Every email I send or telephone call made, is dealt with promptly and efficiently. Should Tracey be otherwise engaged, Theresa her Paralegal can also be relied upon to update or discuss any concerns. A 1st rate team in my opinion.
