Used Woollcombe Yonge for the sale of my property and the purchase of another. The team involved in this process made the whole transaction stress free. Constant emails regarding how progress was coming along and the time scales expected was reassuring. The professionalism of the legal staff is incredible. Would definitely use again if l decided to ever move again, will definitely get back in contact in the near future to allow the team to write up my Will. WY Solicitors have seriously let us down. Communication was poor, with urgent emails and calls often ignored, and updates on case progress were at times misleading and dishonest. Overall, the service fell far short of what we expected. I will not be using them again and would advise others to look elsewhere in the Plymouth area.

I was impressed with the level of contact while selling my house. Often this meant I didn’t have to chase them up and this made the process much easier. Gabby was excellent she sent prompt emails and kept me updated throughout the process. Natalia was also very helpful and sent information over to me in a timely manner. I would most definitely use WY again as this is my second time using their services and also recommended to anyone else.
