This is the second time I've used them. Have always been very responsive, happy to take calls, I've never felt ignored and have always felt valued. Everyone has been polite and friendly. We had issues with the sellers solicitor twice, so much so that the purchase collapsed last year, once I was able to re purchase the flat, Nick was back into action ASAP. We were able to complete before the stamp duty rise too. No complaints at all, would highly recommend. Thanks again for all your efforts throughout. It's very much appreciated.

Avoid. The communication between the person acting for us and their supervisor was appalling. It became clear they had personal issues with each other (which later came to light), and this severely affected the speed at which anything was done. After nearly six months of chasing and begging them to progress things, they finally attempted to sort the exchange, only to call us and say there was a major issue that meant we couldn’t proceed. We had actually raised this issue months earlier and were told at the time that everything was fine. At this point, the supervisor was removed from our case, though we were never informed of this change. The new supervisor was rude, unhelpful, and showed no empathy for the fact that the delays and mistakes were entirely the company’s fault, not ours. To make matters worse, when you call, only the receptionist greets you, you’re never told who you’re speaking to, which makes for a very awkward and unprofessional experience. Overall, an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. I would not recommend.
