We needed a conveyancing solicitor for our recent house sale and purchase. I have to say it was a complete pleasure to deal with Afruj Miah, from the beginning he was very friendly and professional. Everything was clear from the pricing, to the paperwork and procedures, nothing was too much effort for him, he explained everything clearly. Always acknowledged emails even if he didn't have the answer straight away and kept us updated all the way through and most importantly on the end of the phone for advice or to answer any queries. I just wanted to share how incredibly stress free our experience was with Denise Harris at Graham Evans & Partners Swansea. I’ve always heard that the solicitor stage of buying a house is always daunting and stressful, but it couldn’t be more the opposite dealing with Denise. She was so friendly and supplied us with regular updates without us even needing to ask. It’s our first time buying a house, and I couldn’t be any more happier with how amazing Denise was with this.
