Case CROAS- I cannot thank Olivia Webster at Slater and Gordon enough for the incredible support and expertise they provided throughout my clinical negligence case. I found my experience of all staff at Slater and Gordon highly professional and personable. All requests were rapidly responded to or followed up and always actioned. Information shared was on the whole clear. Where there was need for clarity, follow up emails were responded to. Where there was a need to speak in person, I found a reassuring person to explain things to me. Advice was always good and helpful. My negligence claim was satisfactory resolved in a reasonable quick time frame. Most of my dealings were with Robyn who I highly rate on all levels
