the worse experience ever with this law firm , the lawyer Malik and his assistants are unprofessional . they refused to refund my money back , they don’t even take your case seriously , they couldn’t even submit my documents to the home office, for a fee waiver application the 6 months bank statements is crucial, can you imagine they only submitted 4 months, and it was the main reason for the rejection, they informed about the home office decision a month later shocking , the reason for that Malik assistant ( paralegal ) was on holiday , this shows how much they really care about your case , please if you have an immigration case don’t go to this firm they will make it worse , they only care about your money not your case. They changed me £750 for a fee waiver application, that they couldn’t make right . Please avoid avoid . ( there is an advertising video for this firm saying they change £475 for the fee waiver application that literally takes 15 minutes ). - stole my money cause I never agreed to pay £750 for fee waiver application only , it was initially half of my whole fees £1500, for immigration application and fee waiver but they decided to charge me all this amount just for a rejected fee waiver application that they couldn’t do right . I contacted them many time sent complaints , the person that deals with complaints doesn’t even know when I applied or anything about my case , he just sent email with some wrong dates and reasons and refused to refund my money .
