What a fabulous company Robertsons solicitors are, having used them personally in the passed to sell at least 3 houses. So I thought I would ask for there help. I am vice chairman of St Peter’s Rfc. We are a huge community based club in the Roath/Penylan area of the City. I approached Robertsons for some well needed funding in the form of sponsorship. They arranged to come down, and after seeing what our volunteers do at the Rocks for the kids all the way up to the senior teams. They were only too willing to help. Mr Rhys Palmer helped our family to go through SEND tribunal in Sep 24 for my son before joining secondary school to get the support he needed. Before I contacted him I spoke to many lawyers most of whom refused to talk to me or even look at my son's case unless I paid quarter of the fee in advance upfront. Mr Palmer was the first lawyer who listened without mentioning or asking for payment. I felt during the whole journey Rhys was very polite, professional and supportive. He prepared the case and although we had a solicitor at the hearing It was not possible without his help. I cannot thank him enough for what he achieved for my son. Will definitely recommend him and if needed in future will contact him again.

Rhys Palmer was absolutely amazing and covered every possible angle of my case. It was Rhys that uncovered all of the flaws in the university's approach that eventually led to my full exoneration from allegations of academic misconduct using AI. For anyone in a similar position please do not expect immediate results - we needed to take this all the way to the OIA but 100% worth it in the end and worth every penny. 🙏
