Excellent service provided by Luke Hallinan who dealt with a very delicate matter on behalf of my 90 year old Mother. I queried them defending me based on their rating. I received no phone call and when I called I found out the message the secretary was meant to pass on and ensure someone called me back, was not recorded at all and definitely not passed on. I called the following day and the lady was more concerned that it was not her and someone else than actually helping me so I said I will leave this review and use a better service. I will edit this later and give you the name of the service. Avoid using Robertsons if you want a lawyer and service who takes you and your case serious. Thanks

Really bad service. Spoke to a solicitor today called Wendy Kelly made me feel like an inconvenience to her. Wasn't prepared at all no laptop no nothing and was happy to see me leave
