Steer clear if you are a first time buyer. I'll keep this short and sweet. Little to no communication. I would simply ask where we are in the process and what came next simply to be ignored. Payment requests were unclear which lead to me overpaying by £380. This lead to an argument on completion day when I knew that I had already overpaid and still needed to pay them. Months later they came back and offered a refund of said £380. This took almost 3 weeks to get and more ignored emails. Don't get me wrong. They did the job and we got the house. But god was it painfull. If you like being kept in the loop and knowing what's going on don't bother with them. Keep a track of exactly what you pay for and how much as they appear to struggle with this.
