We used Grant Saw's services to purchase our new home. We worked closely with Emily Pearce who has been an absolute superstar. The whole process was very transparent and she did whatever she could to speed up the process on all fronts (including the council). Her communication was flawless and in general she was a very pleasant and professional solicitor to work with. She set the bar for any future solicitor encounters very high. We cannot recommend Emily enough. Thank you for all your hard work and support with a very frustrating chain!

My unpleasant experience having to liaise with Maria Latti, should not have a negative impact on the firm and her colleagues. But as Maria Latti is a partner of Grant Saw Solicitors, it doesn't leave me with great comfort or belief that Maria Latti's failures and weaknesses haven't been inherited by her colleagues. I had considered reaching out to Grant Saw Solicitors, as my solicitor sadly do not offer a service that I needed. However, after having to engage with Maria Latti, I have zero interest in enquiring about any of Grant Saw Solicitors services, nor would I ever recommend them. It could be argued that I have not been one of their clients but rudeness should never be tolerated whether you're a client or not. The articulation of Maria's emails were impolite, had a belittling and arrogant tone. During our email exchanges it was explained on a number of occasions, the circumstance we were in, due to lack of communication and to put it bluntly, the inability of all parties involved, which also included Maria Latti. Maria Latti lacks attention to detail, does not follow through to ensure the full completeness of the case/task and is not risk averse, as the purpose of our engagement stemmed from years earlier. After breaking down, explaining and reminding Maria Latti the order of events, Maria Latti refused to acknowledge and take ownership of her failings. Maria Latti did not hesitate to highlight the weaknesses of the other party involved and refused to help resolve the situation, stating 'it is not her job' although the predicament we were in, was partially created by her. If you choose Grant Saw Solicitors and you become Maria Latti's client, just be very wary, this may not be an isolated incident, just because she's a partner, doesn't mean you'll get the best service.

I had Mike Clary by my side through my recent contentious probate. He was exactly what I wanted and needed. His specialist knowledge in this tricky area of law is second to none. If it hadn’t have been for him my stress levels would have been unbearable over the one year period. He quietly went about his business and secured me the Grant of Probate before the other side had time to realise what had happened. Extremely professional and cool character. I would 100% recommend him for any contentious probate or litigation work.

Excellent service. We couldn't have been happier with Emily Pearce at Grant Saw who helped us through a drawn out house purchase in south east London. Emily was great, she responded to our queries promptly and was always happy to explain details we were unsure of. As first time buyers it was a relief to have found a safe pair of hands to guide us through the process. Grant Saw made the journey a lot less stressful than it might otherwise have been.
