My own personal opinion is that HW Wolverhampton will 'at the outset' make every effort to help your business. Innovative tax advise ensured my business initially ran in a tax efficient manner. Perhaps i fell foul of the partners differing business strategies and my business became less important to them, but I felt a drop in the level of support as time went on. The reduced level of support only became evident when moving to a new accounting practice. I do not agree with aggressive tax avoidance schemes, nor do I agree with paying more than necessary. The move to mass client updates via eMail may suit a number of organisations, it did not suit ours. Certain individuals of HW do care and are sincere. It is a shame it appears their hands are tied by the constraints of the group.
