Irwin Mitchell Solicitors have been working on a case for our son in relation to medical negligence from a birthing injury. They have been instrumental in getting the best possible result for him and to ensure he has his future needs taken care of. Alexandra who was the lead in the case was empathetic and understanding of his/our situation. Every case being unique in circumstance means you want your team to catch every detail of it and fully grasp the whole picture. Alexandra made sure they did this and on many occasions came out to our house to visit us and meet face to face when necessary. Alex along with Sarah and the team ensured all the relevant specialists were involved to fully assess our son's position and get a detailed understanding of his needs moving forward. If there were things we didn't understand they would explain them and ensure we had a full picture of what was being said and done. I would hope that you are never in the market for wanting or needing a Medical Negligence Solicitor but if you are I highly recommend you speak to these. If it were not for them we would not be in a place with a care team around him delivering every bit of help he requires on a daily basis. They will be forever in our minds and are people we will never forget. We owe everything to them.

I cannot speak more highly of Irwin Mitchell. I would award them 12/10 🌟 The experience I have had over the last 3 and half years with the progression of my serious injury claim has been dealt with integrity , professionalism, expertise, and compassion. All of the professional legal experts involved with my case have been so clear in communication, guidance , availability and in follow up clarity. Bethany Passmore- Bailey has been exceptional . I have had multiple telephone calls and correspondence with Bethany and she has always been so sensitive to concerns or anxieties that arose in recalling traumatic events . Her measured approach and quiet diligence gave me the reassurance and confidence to work through the practicalities, and processes required to build the legal case. All personnel associated with Irwin Mitchell that I have come into contact with in order to contact Bethany and the legal team , have been courteous, respectful and without fail ensured a response in a timely manner. As a retired nurse my values have sought a professional team around a patient.. one in need .
