Unfortunately, my experience with this office was disappointing. Their cooperation was extremely slow, unclear, and disregarded the fact that I was seeking safety and justice. The documents I submitted were not timely, and I felt like I was merely a case number, nothing more. I want to ask the office directly: You are many people, not just temporary issues on the desks of employees. We are professionals under psychological pressure and anxiety because of our cases, and we need a human worker to protect our rights, not marginalization or delay. I hope this office will revisit its example and remember that human dignity must be a successful agent.
