I had used Askews about ten years ago for the sale and purchase of properties. They were so efficient, I went back to them for the sale of my mums house. I first of all worked with Carly and Nisheet, both very responsive to queries. I then worked with Jane and Stephen, towards completion of the sale. They were again efficient and got things done when they needed to be. I am keen to stay on top of things myself and they did not disappoint. As I was more than happy with the service, I used Jane and Stephen for the purchase of my house later in the year.

I can’t express my gratitude enough for Mr Mohammad Farooq (criminal department), who was my solicitor during my criminal proceedings. He really believed in me from the start and knew I needed someone fighting my corner. Mr Farooq could see how much this was affecting me mentally as my situation had a big impact on the relationship with my two year old girl. He showed great empathy and kindness going above and beyond to keep me updated on all aspects of my case, making me feel he was there for me throughout if I needed him. He was very professional in his work and advice he gave me. He ensured all documents were uploaded on time and I recieved everything I requested in a timely manner. He quickly made himself available for any phone calls or meetings that I requested. Mr Farooq recommended and secured me an outstanding barrister and between them they ensured the right outcome at my trial. Lianne helped me from start to finish with my employment settlement agreement and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Askews made buying my first house a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. Everything was handled quickly and I was only involved when needed. If you are local to Coventry then it is very reassuring and convenient to be able to visit face to face as well.
