I am currently using Askews for a range of services after the sudden passing of my mum. After helping me to write my will I knew Stephanie was the right person to go to when I needed to go through probate for my mum. She was very supportive and helpful and always quick to respond with any queries I had. I would highly recommend and am now using the conveyancing team to help me sell a house, who again are really helpful and responsive.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Askews Legal LLP. Their level of professionalism is seriously lacking — communication was poor throughout, and my case was consistently delayed without clear explanations. I felt ignored and undervalued as a client. I expected a far higher standard of service from a firm claiming to act in the best interests of their clients. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Lianne Payne expertly guided me through my Settlement Agreement with an intuitive ear to items that would be of most importance to me. Where needed Lianne interpreted the legal jargon clearly and was able to use examples of when and how certain clauses may apply. Lianne was very responsive and easy to contact via phone or email. All-in-all a very pleasant experience. I would readily recommend Askews and in particular Lianne Payne

Terrible experience with Askews Legal LLP. I trusted them with a serious financial matter involving a CIFAS marker, but they completely abandoned my case midway. Communication was absolutely awful emails were ignored, and responses were delayed for weeks. Instead of handling the case properly, they left me with no updates, no guidance, and no resolution. I had to switch to another firm after wasting valuable time and money with them. If you need serious legal assistance, I strongly advise going elsewhere. This firm is unreliable, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time.
