Shocking, Poor Communication, Shambolic Service, there's no urgency to anything they do probably because most of them only work 1 or 2 days a week yet they are still more than happy to take their extortionate fee ,- yet still things remain unresolved, and by unresolved I'm talking about almost 4 and a half years , They don't seem to care one bit about the people they are supposed to be helping out at a very sensitive time. Utterly useless and should be whole heartedly ashamed of the service they offer, Be look elsewhere if you want a competent and reliable service.Sadky can't award no stars.

In dealing with my mother's estate, ff I could give a zero I would. Totally unresponsive (no returned calls and almost no reply's to emails). Also refused to action instructions including not supplying my mum's will which, in one of their very few emails, they confirmed my entitlement to. The service is so poor I felt compelled to complain about their actions and in-actions to the Legal Ombudsman

Dealing with my late mums estate. Constantly on holiday. 6 months in and only just finding out what was left in a bank account. Took an age to apply for probate. Shambles.

Constantly emailed and recieved no, or little responses, then demanded payment for no work.
