I have tried and tried for at least 4 calls to get to just speak with anyone re my potential investment and wealth planning portfolio going forward and no one can be bothered to return my call or even email. I then tried to call the senior partner of my local offices and was promised a call back and guess what....nothing! Clearly, they are not seeking or interested in new business. If this is any example of how they treat clients I do not want them to work for or advise me.
