I was treated very rudely by one of the solicitors in this firm. I don't even know his name, because he didn't take my name nor gave me his name. I only know that he is one of the partners. He treated me like a criminal, and was very impatient when I asked him to explain the legal terminology he was using. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because the receptionist was incredibly polite and helpful.
