We arrived in England in December 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic. My husband was already living in the UK, my daughter and I came to spend three months with him and then return to Brazil. But our flight was cancelled three times, we were unable to change our tickets and ended up staying. My visa expired and I did not have the documentation to live in this country. My husband did, because he is Italian and arrived before Brexit, I never went after my documentation because it was not my intention to live in another country. It was very difficult for my family, because I could not work, travel, study, have a normal life and be able to help my husband. We had already given up until we met Mr. Fawzi, we are from Bournemouth, we made an appointment and went to London. He took responsibility for doing whatever was necessary to help us and, in less than a year, I got my documentation. He changed our lives and we will always be grateful to him, thank you very much 🙏

When I first approached Mr. Zuberi, my case was in complete disarray, having been mishandled by three previous solicitors. I was on the verge of deportation. With his help, I obtained my British passport, and my children received theirs as well. After 14 years, I am finally able to travel back to my home country—something that would not have been possible without Mr. Zuberi’s dedication and hard work.
