Well, Paul Buist has done it again. Over the past year we have sold our home and 3 rental flats. Paul has managed each sale and a purchase, and his work for us has been exemplary. He answers queries within 24h every time, without fail. He keeps on top of things and constantly moves things forward. This, saddly, is in sharp contrast to all previous experiences with solicitors. Lynne Herbert represented me in a court case at Dundee Sheriff Court. I gave her more than enough evidence to make a strong defence. She did not use any of it, just relied on a few scribbles she made on the morning of the trial. I was given a payback order for something I did not do and it has taken the Woman's Criminal Justice team to go to the court and say I did not deserve it. Would not recommend Lynne Herbert. Go to Annika Jethwa in Dundee instead. .

My Wife used Lynn for her divorce any years ago now and I recently had need to talk to her again. Lynn is down to earth, approachable and offered excellent advice at very reasonable rates. Highly recommended.
