I recently purchased my first home and used MacDonald Lynch Solicitors for the whole process. I want to give a huge thank you to Robert Telfer and Shirley McEwan for their amazing support from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, everything was new and stressful for me, but Robert and Shirley guided me through every stage clearly and professionally. They always replied quickly, explained every document in simple terms, and made sure I understood what was happening. They were very patient, kind and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They dealt with the mortgage lender, the LIFT scheme, the sellers and all the legal paperwork with no problems. I truly felt supported and confident because of them. This was my first time using Macdonald Lynch. I could not reccomend them enough, Tracey made my whole experience very pleasant and straight forward. I can’t thank her enough for her help. Any question or concern I had was answered / dealt with straight away and she made the whole process extremely stress free for me. I will definitely use Macdonald Lynch again in the future! 10/10
