I had been worrying and delaying sorting out the LPA and my new single Will. I selected MWQ Estate Planning, and from my first introductory chat, outlining what I needed, Darren was clear and made it uncomplicated. We booked a call and he made me aware of what I would need to have at hand for this appointed call. By the end of this second call, lasting nearly 45 minutes, I was relieved, reassured and fully informed. Darren was competent and professional through out….but he was also kind and patient. Thank you so much Darren, and MWQ…the cost was less than other quotes I’d had, and the process so much easier than I’d expected.

I called them to discuss trusts. A guy called me back. I explained this was the start of my enquiry about trusts on behalf of my dad. He asked me some questions regarding my dad’s age and current health which I answered ( he’s not in the worst of health). Literally his response was “ it would be a Punt and the cost would start from £3000” I asked what he meant as a “Punt” he said “ a gamble” what the hell sort of an answer is that? I put the phone down.

All the staff were fantastic and very helpful , they also guided me through any problems that arose and were quick with all advice to solve any problems. I think the quote price was very reasonable for their services and some other companies were charging up to three times MWQ price paid. I would have no hesitation in using MWQ again if needed and contacting Alex or any of the staff would be an absolute pleasure . Kind regards Richie Straughan.

I instructed Steve Mosely 4 weeks ago to set up a Trust for my Mother-in-Law. Since then we have had no response from Steve or his team and he is just sitting on our £1,500. They never return phone calls and appear to be just happy taking payments. I would not ever deal with them again and I suggest any clients thinks twice before instructing them.

Alex at MQW estates made sure that the probate forms were correctly completed. And I have just met Alex in person & he was extremely helpful, especially after going through such a stressful time over the last year since my mother passed away.
