We used Nesbitt's Solicitors to prepare Mirror Wills during the Will Aid month of November; whereby the service from the solicitor was free - no money was paid to them and we just paid a donation online to the Will Aid charities. Nesbitts did tell us that if we wanted to make Power of Attorney documents that it would cost extra, but we decided to leave that part for now. Efficient, friendly and helpful service - recommend!

We went to write our wills. The bill was being paid by the Alzheier's Society. We made two executive power of attorney documents and discovered later that we had to pay for them, Apparently, the fee for this service was detailed in a letter but it certainly was not obvious and at no time did the solicitor mention the extra cost of this service during our meeting. I would have thought that common decency would have necessitated at least this courtesy. As a result, our free wills cost us £228. The practice gave notice of this cost in writing so the incident is technically our fault. I would be very careful when using this particular solicitor. My past experience of other solicitors has been pretty good. THis is the first time that I have been disappointed with a legal transaction.

I and my family have been using this firm of Solicitors for 30 years for house sales,house purchase ,wills etc.and have always found them to be very efficient,friendly and professional and would highly recommend them to anyone who requires legal services.
