What a great estate agent, from first contact we found them really helpful and friendly but with an obvious professional attitude and knowledge. Property transactions have a tendency to be tricky at times, there are many things which can go wrong, but we were steered through any hiccups and our sincere thanks to Julie who really pulled out all the stops to keep things moving. Thanks also to Angela who really helped too. Fully recommend McClellands, a great local firm.

I would highly recommend McClelland Salter Estate Agents. My house went up for sale and went sale agreed almost immediately, however it took a long time to find somewhere else as I kept getting outbid! Julie and the team were amazing throughout my entire journey. From start to finish they were ever present offering advise, support, guidance and encouragement, not only with my sale but also with potential properties I was viewing/bidding on. Nothing was too much trouble. Julie always returned calls, emails promptly and kept me fully informed. Whilst I don't plan to move again anytime soon, if I did I would 100% go through McClelland Salter.

All the staff were excellent but in particular Julie and Angela were brilliant. They coordinated both my sale and purchase and they made the whole process run smoothly. Phone calls and emails were responded to immediately and all my questions were answered. Thank you girls, I feel I have made good friends along the way. I hope not to move again anytime soon but if I do in the future it will be McClelland Salter that I go to. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Outstanding service, thank you.
