Anna handled the purchase of a BTL for me. It was complicated by different factors and there were a variety of unexpected surprises but thanks to Anna’s professionalism, high standard of knowledge, getting things done in advance and always being on top of everything the purchase went through very smoothly. Her flexibility of thought also prevented a weekend delay allowing us to pick up the keys on Friday. Anna always responded to enquiries promptly and I felt very confident she had everything in hand at all times.
